Frequently asked questions
What if I don't sell in time?
The bridging loan has a limited term (12 to 24 months). An exit is planned and discussed from the start.
How much can I get?
Usually a cautious share of the estimated value, to account for the market.
Do I pay the capital each month?
No. The capital is repaid at the sale; you pay only the interest, depending on the chosen plan.
